My story
I'm Serhat Bolukbasi, living in Houston with my wife, Esra, and our soon-to-arrive baby, Atlas.

I began my journey in Turkey, where I was born into a family running a small business.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, I embraced the values of perseverance, resourcefulness, and integrity from an early age.
My career took off as a management consultant, where I honed my skills in enhancing businesses and launching new ventures. Over the past decade, I've been fortunate to work with approximately a dozen of the world's largest and most influential companies across the US, Europe, and Asia.

As an executive at a leading management consulting firm, I've helped my clients tackle complex business challenges, including increasing sales, streamlining operations, expanding into new markets, and acquiring companies.
I have also led large teams to establish and operate new small businesses from scratch. My very recent experience includes launching a power retail company selling electricity to houses in Texas where I exceeded operational and financial targets.
As a leader, I deeply care about the growth and well-being of my teams. I value a growth mindset and constantly seek opportunities to improve.

Outside of work, I find joy in life's simple pleasures. I am a soccer enthusiast, I love grilling a tasty steak, and I have a deep passion for scuba diving.

Update: I've completed my search and acquired Homewatch CareGivers of Houston Galleria, a small in-home care business that helps seniors with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and companionship, allowing them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. I look forward to serving as its owner-operator and continuing its mission of setting the gold standard in home care. Houston has given me so much, and I’m excited to give back by helping its elderly community in this new role.
